Shipping & Returns
All Talon jewelry is made by hand. Therefore, most items will ship within 3-4 weeks. If you need something urgently, please contact us at email@example.com. We will make every effort to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally pieces are backordered and take longer. We will notify you if this is the case. For rush orders please contact us for pricing.
International orders will usually ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Saver and arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for items delayed or held at customs. Please note that the payment of any duties and taxes varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected at time of delivery.
You may request a return label within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of silver, brass or gold-plated jewelry (excluding venetian glass intaglios). Email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be in original, new condition and returned in original packaging. Please return necklaces with chain clasps closed and placed carefully in a polybag so they do not tangle in transit.
Returns are not available for 14k solid gold, sale, custom, venetian glass intaglios or orders placed through any other retailer. All international orders are final sale.
Repairs within 30 days of purchase are complimentary. After this point, charges may apply. Contact email@example.com for details. Talon is not responsible for shipping charges on repairs.
